Summary: Voltquant is a B2B SaaS platform. We collect limited personal data — primarily your work email and name via Microsoft login — to operate the service. We do not sell your data. We use Framer Analytics on our marketing site. You have full rights over your data under UK GDPR.
What We Collect and Why
Analytics - Framer Analytics
The voltquant.com marketing website uses Framer Analytics to collect anonymous, aggregated data including page views, session duration, traffic sources, and device type. Framer Analytics does not use cookies and does not collect personally identifiable information. No individual user can be identified from this data.
This processing is carried out under our legitimate interests in understanding how our website is used and improving its performance. You may opt out of Framer Analytics tracking via your browser's "Do Not Track" setting.
How We Share Your Data
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We may share data with:
Microsoft Corporation — as our identity provider for authentication (SSO)
Framer B.V. — as our website hosting and analytics provider
AI model providers — where your uploaded documents are processed by third-party large language models as part of the platform service. These are processed under strict data processing agreements
Professional advisors and regulators — where required by law or to protect our legal rights
All third-party processors are contractually bound to process data only on our instructions and in accordance with UK GDPR.
Data Retention
We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Upon account deletion, personal data is removed within 30 days, except where we are legally required to retain it (e.g. financial records for 6 years under HMRC requirements).
Uploaded documents and AI-processed outputs are retained for the duration of your active subscription and deleted within 30 days of account closure.
Your Rights Under UK GDPR
You have the right to:
Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
Rectification — request correction of inaccurate data
Erasure — request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten")
Restriction — request that we limit processing of your data
Portability — receive your data in a structured, commonly used format
Object — object to processing based on legitimate interests
Withdraw consent — where processing is based on consent, withdraw it at any time
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at privacy@voltquant.com. We will respond within 30 days. If you are unsatisfied with our response, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
International Transfers
YSome of our third-party processors may transfer data outside the UK or EEA. Where this occurs, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, such as UK International Data Transfer Agreements (IDTAs) or Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs).
