  • Access the Platform using automated tools without prior written permission.

You retain ownership of all documents and data uploaded to the Platform.


By uploading content, you grant Voltquant a limited licence to process that content solely for the purpose of providing the Platform.

  • You have the right to upload the content.

  • The content does not infringe third-party rights.

Voltquant will not use your content to train AI models without your explicit consent.

  • Fees paid during the three months preceding the claim; or

Nothing in this EULA excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
